ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Department: Artist Management Business
• To reach sales target business unit and manage multiple partnership/selling channel.
• Lead the development of annual sales & partnership strategies.
• Set medium/long-term vision and annual goals with the client by appropriately positioning our ‘music marketing solutions’ to meet client business objectives.
• Understand from the ground up how clients use music and entertainment today and opportunities to build new solutions to help brands and their partners, i.e., creative/media agencies, tackle their business goals
• Identify new opportunities and products to ensure a first-in-class music marketing solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience in an agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or other related fields.
    • Extensive experience in communicating, building relationships with C-Level
    • Executives and with key stakeholders across the client and agency.
    • Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to adjust priorities in a dynamic business environment
    • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
    • Music & Entertainment enthusiast is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical, presentation, and negotiations skills.
    • Comfortable with revenue targets and experience working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Department: Artist Management Business
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new potential customers.
• Responsible for developing key relationships in the corporate accounts.
• Prepare presentations, proposal, plans, contact reports.
• Conceptualize strategic initiatives execute and implement details of a campaign.
• Follow up on sales activity and meet sale target.
• Resolving customers complaints to complacent.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
    • 3-5 years of experience in relevant sales and marketing, key account management or other related roles.
    • Strong business acumen, able to apply a consultative and analytical approach to help customers find the best solutions.
    • Computer literate able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Responsibility, diligent and hard working.
    • Good command in English.
    • Good relationship & service mind.

Position

SALES SUPPORT

Department: Physical and Merchandise Business
• Compile and generate Sales Reports for all Modern Trade stores.
• Track Purchase Orders (POs) with clients from each store, enter orders into the internal system, and schedule delivery rounds with various stores.
• Handle internal documentation, such as creating MEMOs for budget approvals.
• Prepare and reconcile petty cash, manage cash advances, and oversee monthly budget control.
• Receive and manage bills for department-related expenses and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team, Support team, Warehouse team, Accounting, and Finance departments within the organization to ensure efficient customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Effective coordination skills with the ability to work well with others.
    • Skills in calculation and data analysis.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Department: Artist Management Business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and advise clients on event-related matters.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Manage budgets to maximize project profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
    • At least 3 years working experience in Account Executive / Sales in event organizer
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
