• Creative campaign planning, execution and budget management of 360-degree music marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed with the account management teams.
• Supervise and control all production processes that require synchronization with other related teams.
• Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication or relevant field.
• 2-5+ years' experience of creative and campaigns from ideation to execution in the advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
• Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver the agreed outcomes for a variety of projects within the agreed quality timeframe and budget.
• Have a thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends and passion for music and musical talent-related content important; able to stay ahead of music / advertising trends.
• Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
• Proven budget management abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
