Current Opportunity

PRODUCTION

Department: Music Label
• Collaborate with the Creative team to fully understand the brief and production requirements.
• Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans that meet the project’s objectives.
• Manage and oversee all suppliers and outsourced vendors involved in production.
• Ensure that the work provided by suppliers or outsourced teams aligns with the brief and meets the required standards.
• Monitor the progress of all production tasks to ensure they stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with all involved parties to address any potential delays and ensure timely delivery of all materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in production management, Media Arts, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a production role, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
    • Strong understanding of the production process, including managing suppliers and outsourced vendors.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with creative teams, suppliers, and vendors.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of ensuring the highest quality in every production aspect.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming production challenges.
    • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Passionate about music and entertainment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality production work.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Department: Showbiz Business
• Design and create graphics for concerts and music festivals, including online and offline materials such as posters, digital ads, and social media content.
• Plan and manage graphic design projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with projects and creative teams to develop strong branding and visual identity for concerts and music festivals.
• Ensure the quality of design work meets the established standards.
• Research and analyze current design trends and new technologies to apply in design projects.
• Provide guidance and advice to the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in event, concert, or festival promotion.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong creativity and ability to produce impressive work.
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
    • Knowledge of and familiarity with current design trends and related technologies.
