CONTENT CREATOR

Department: Music Marketing
• Create content and coordinate with production team to create promoting materials.
• Develop and edit captions for various video playlists within the assigned channel.
• Plan the schedule in advance for publishing videos on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Etc.
• Prepare presentations summarizing monthly meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
    • Proficient in using social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.
    • Able to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
    • Interested in keeping up with news, trends in social media, and new trends to apply in work.
    •Proficient in using computer software.
    • Passionate about Music & Entertainment.

PR & ARTIST MANAGEMENT

Department: Music Marketing
• Plan PR campaigns, create content to promote artist, write news releases, distribute news, and making relationship with media.
• Provide consultation and guidance to artists to help achieve their goals.
• Communicate positively and foster a good public image for artists.
• Manage artist contracts and coordinate various tasks smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
    • Direct experience in Artist Management or 3-5 years in Public Relations functions.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
    • Strong management skills and ability to provide consultancy.
    • Flexible with working hours.
    • Proficient in making presentations.

CREATIVE MARKETING

Department: Artist Management Business
• Creative campaign planning, execution, and budget management for 360-degree music marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed upon with the account management teams.
• Supervise and control all production processes that require synchronization with other related teams.
• Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
• Analyze the music industry in Thailand and globally, as well as current market trends, to provide the best music solutions for businesses.
• Propose and present creative campaigns to clients.
• Execute campaigns by working with other internal and external teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
    • 2-5+ years of experience in creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver agreed outcomes for a variety of projects within the agreed quality, timeframe, and budget.
    • Thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends, with a passion for music and musical talent-related content being important; able to stay ahead of music/advertising trends.
    • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
    • Proven budget management abilities.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Develop 360 marketing communications plan to promote songs / artists
• Conduct research on music-lover & consumer insight to enhance marketing communications plan
• Work together with internal team to develop creative ideas, PR plan, social media content plan and even on-ground activity
• Identify and optimize plans where improvements can be made within the campaigns
• Implement, manage and monitor throughout the campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, planning or creative area.
    • Prior experience as a Communication Planner or Creative is a big plus
    • Need to have creative and can-do mindset / attitude
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good narration and presentation skill (Keynote, Canva, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to manage marketing campaign and project individually

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness of our artists and music releases.
• Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to align promotional efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, press releases, and more.
• Organize and promote live events, showcases, and listening parties.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide reports to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging promotional opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Music Business, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in music promotion, marketing, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and networking skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for music and promoting talent.
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

MEDIA PLANNER - TEAM LEAD

Department: Showbiz Business
• Develop and execute optimization strategies to maximize the performance of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPC, CPA) to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and Manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and spend efficiency.
• Develop and implement offline marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and KOLs to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with their audiences and promotes the brand.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving results across online, offline, and KOL channels.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

DIGITAL MARKETING COMMUNICATION - TEAM HEAD

Department: Music Marketing
• Strategy Development & Creative Ideation: Develop creative ideas and produce social media content based on the target audience for the channel. Content strategy should follow an "always-on" approach, like a newsroom.
• Social Creative Content & Content Creation: Manage content plans according to key messages for artists and albums. Must have a strong understanding of how social media platforms work and function.
• Content Scheduling & Publishing: Plan and control the channel’s timeline, ensuring that all tasks on the checklist are completed for optimized performance when releasing music.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and provide solutions for the channel’s performance, including subscriber growth, follower count, and engagement.
• Community Management: Engage with the audience through comments and conversations. Manage the community and fanbase to increase followers, subscribers, and engagement for both the channel and the artists.
• Production Team Collaboration: Oversee the visual design, video production, and filters to ensure alignment with the plan and meet deadlines.
• Team Development & Management: Lead, guide, and ensure high-quality teamwork. Strong people skills are necessary as you will work closely with artists, team members, and the record label to ensure the content’s effectiveness.
• Relationship Building & Growth Mindset: Foster positive relationships and adopt a growth mindset to develop and strengthen the community/fandom. Be proactive, quick to respond, trend-savvy, and able to solve problems swiftly.
• Must have confidence in decision-making, asking questions, and suggesting changes to adapt to the digital landscape.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a background in a creative or digital agency, major media company, or social media-centric organization.
    • Proven experience in creating and executing social media content strategies, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
    • Experience in managing "always-on" content strategies and the ability to adapt quickly to trends and news cycles.
    • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their functions, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter).
    • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies to enhance growth.
    • Experience managing and engaging with online communities, including responding to comments, managing fan interactions, and growing fanbases or subscriber numbers.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage a cross-functional team, including content creators, designers, and video production teams.
    • Ability to make decisions confidently, resolve issues quickly, and adapt to changes in digital marketing trends and audience behavior.
