Current Opportunity

ADS OPTIMIZATION

Department: Music Marketing
• Set up, manage, and optimize real-time bidding for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms for the best results.
• Monitor, report, and analyze campaign results to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to initiate and guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests for campaigns to determine what works best.
• Act as a consultant and work closely with teams, planners, and partners to ensure that campaigns are kept up to speed with progress and results.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in biddable media, ads performance, or a related field.
    • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with raw data and create presentations.

• Plan and create social content to promote artists across various online platforms to increase engagement.
• Stay updated on current trends to organize activities that align with the target audience.
• Analyze the content direction and community of Thai artists to provide insights for company growth.
• Recommend and strategize, offering consulting on target groups, and prepare reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts or a related field.
    • Creative thinking and innovative ideas.
    • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt in real-time.
    • Experience in creative or marketing roles will be considered a plus.
    • Proficient in using computer programs.
    • Keen interest in both Thai and international music artists, staying updated on current trends.
    • Passionate about music and entertainment.

DATA ANALYST

Department: Showbiz Business
• Analyze data from various channels to develop business strategies, such as increasing sales, recommending suitable marketing campaigns, or providing insights for product development.
• Identify correlations across diverse data sources to perform a thorough analysis.
• Prepare data for analysis by designing data ingestion processes, creating data warehouses, defining related data dimensions, and ensuring data readiness. Additionally, determine methods for data publishing across different channels to maximize utility.
• Perform data visualization and reporting to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in data management and development.
    • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Previous experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or dashboards.
    • Basic familiarity with tools such as Fanpage Karma or Supermetrics.
    • Ability to manage and integrate data from multiple sources.
    • Strong attention to detail, high responsibility, and at least 1 year of experience in the data field.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN

Department: Music Marketing
• Plan and manage the scheduling of posts.
• Check the accuracy of text, sentence structure, and overall content quality.
• Monitor assigned accounts and create engagement to build a community.
• Create reports, gather data, compile statistics, and analyze information for further use.
• Observe and analyze various data and account insights to provide recommendations to the team for continuously improving content appeal.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Admin (experience in the entertainment or music industry is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of various social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
    • Passion for music with a deep understanding of the culture surrounding IDOL, T-POP, and K-POP artists.
    • Knowledgeable and up-to-date with online content trends and societal interests.
    • Ability to work well with others and possess good communication skills.
    • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to handle urgent situations effectively.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Department: Music Marketing
• Develop 360 marketing communications plan to promote songs / artists
• Conduct research on music-lover & consumer insight to enhance marketing communications plan
• Work together with internal team to develop creative ideas, PR plan, social media content plan and even on-ground activity
• Identify and optimize plans where improvements can be made within the campaigns
• Implement, manage and monitor throughout the campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, planning or creative area.
    • Prior experience as a Communication Planner or Creative is a big plus
    • Need to have creative and can-do mindset / attitude
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good narration and presentation skill (Keynote, Canva, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to manage marketing campaign and project individually

PROMOTER

Department: Music Label
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness of our artists and music releases.
• Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to align promotional efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, press releases, and more.
• Organize and promote live events, showcases, and listening parties.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide reports to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging promotional opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Music Business, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in music promotion, marketing, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and networking skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for music and promoting talent.
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

PROJECT MANAGER

Department: Artist Management Business
• Oversee and manage the organization of festivals and concerts, including creating project details (Presentation Deck), and presenting projects to potential customers and sponsors for event organization, etc.
• Plan and manage various aspects of the event organization, including coordinating with individuals and groups both within and outside the organization to ensure activities align with the established plans.
• Control the budget expenditures to remain within the specified plans as efficiently as possible.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of tasks as assigned.
• Research the feasibility of the company’s products and services to enhance proposals for events or to sell products and services to clients.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in event management (Business Events) or related work.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong negotiation skills, resourcefulness, and ability to solve problems on the spot.
    • Good personality, interpersonal skills, and strong leadership qualities.
